Effective Date: August 5, 2026 · Last Updated: August 5, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Schwarz Capital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with schwarzcapital.com and any associated subdomains (the "Site").

We do not use personal information for behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies only to the extent necessary for the Site to function and to maintain security. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings.
If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by applicable law, obtain consent before those cookies are set.
5. Analytics
Where analytics are used, we configure them to collect no more than is necessary to understand aggregate usage, to avoid combining Site data with other sources for advertising, and to exclude analytics data from any decision affecting an individual. We do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the Site and our internal platform. Each is engaged to provide services to us and is not permitted to use information for its own marketing purposes.
- Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting and infrastructure; receives server logs, IP address, and request metadata
- Twilio Inc. — delivery of operational SMS alerts to authorized personnel; receives mobile number, message content, and delivery status
- Interactive Brokers LLC — brokerage platform used for simulated trading; no Site visitor data is transmitted
- Market data vendors — used by our internal research platform; no Site visitor data is transmitted
We may also disclose information to professional advisers under duties of confidentiality, in response to valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to the protections in this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- encryption of data in transit using industry-standard transport security
- restricted, credential-based access on a least-privilege basis
- credential material stored outside application source code and version control
- segregation of internal platform infrastructure from public-facing services
- logging and monitoring of system access and operational health
- documented change-control procedures governing production changes
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take these measures seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as required by applicable law. Correspondence is retained while a relationship or inquiry is active and thereafter as needed for business records. Web server and security logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security and diagnostic needs. Operational alert records are retained as part of our incident-response records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifying.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent, including opting out of SMS alerts at any time; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email privacy@schwarzcapital.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. We do not discriminate against individuals who exercise these rights.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is directed to business and professional audiences and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
12. Contact

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements, and will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make a material change, we will provide prominent notice on the Site. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before applying a material change to information previously collected.
Scope. Schwarz Capital does not currently offer investment advisory services, does not manage client assets, and does not accept outside capital. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. See our Terms of Service.
